No card is needed to begin. Each website has a 14-day publishing trial from the day it is created. Choose a paid plan to keep it online afterward. Paid-plan allowances are shown above; trial limits are separate.
Is there a limit on website pages?
Starter, Pro and Business include unlimited website pages and blog posts. Website count, storage, bandwidth, AI credits and audience allowances still apply.
Is a custom domain included?
Every paid website plan lets you connect a domain you own. Domain registration and renewal are separate.
Is Commerce available on every paid website plan?
Yes. Commerce includes supported storefront, product, checkout and order workflows in the same workspace. Choose your plan based on website, credit, storage, audience and support needs. Connect a supported payment provider to accept payments.
Which payment gateways and checkout options are supported?
Connect Stripe, PayPal, Paddle or Razorpay for supported Commerce checkout flows. External checkout URLs are not supported. Merchant onboarding, supported countries, payment methods, settlement, disputes and fees depend on your provider. Processing, currency-conversion, subscription and other service fees may apply.
Does Commerce take care of shipping and tax for me?
Commerce provides shipping-zone and rate settings, delivery notes, manual fulfillment and tracking, and supported manual or Stripe tax configuration. You remain responsible for shipping orders and meeting tax and legal obligations. Carrier, fulfillment and tax-filing services are not included.
Which newsletter features are included?
Paid website plans include supported open and click tracking, subscriber custom fields, audience segments, CSV imports, double opt-in, templates and signup forms. Subscriber allowances vary by plan. Sending setup and delivery limits also apply. Paid business email inboxes are a separate product.
Is there a free newsletter option?
The Free plan supports one newsletter per calendar month to up to 50 subscribers. This newsletter allowance is separate from the 14-day website publishing trial and from paid business email inboxes.
What does App Store access include?
Paid website plans include 30+ supported marketing, analytics, chat and consent integrations, including Facebook Pixel, HubSpot, Intercom and MailerLite. The integration category above lists available examples. Connect your own accounts; third-party subscriptions, setup and fees are separate.
Which platforms can I migrate from, and can I export my site?
Guided migration supports content from WordPress, Ghost, Blogger, Wix, Webflow and Duda. What transfers depends on the source and format. Download a ZIP of AI website source and assets, or visual-builder HTML, pages, posts and assets. Grigora-managed backend services are not automatically recreated outside Grigora.
Can I use an API, MCP, or my own AI provider keys?
API keys and MCP access are included on Starter, Pro and Business for supported content operations from scripts and compatible AI assistants. Bring Your Own Key for supported AI providers is separate and available on Pro and Business.
How do AI credits work?
Credits cover building, editing and other AI tasks. Your allowance refreshes each calendar month, including on annual plans. A new AI website uses 15,000 credits and a website edit uses 1,000 credits; other AI tasks use different amounts.
What will I pay with yearly billing?
The full year is charged upfront: Starter $144, Pro $240 or Business $540, before applicable tax. Annual website plans save up to 24% versus monthly billing. White Label is $2,388 yearly. Business email is $60 per inbox yearly with no annual discount. Monthly prices displayed for annual offers are monthly equivalents.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Manage upgrades, downgrades and cancellation of renewal from Billing. Check the price and effective timing before confirming a change. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund; checkout and cancellation terms apply.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
You may need to upgrade, add an available allowance, or wait for a renewing allowance to refresh. The available options depend on the feature. Unlimited pages and blog posts do not remove website, storage, credit or audience limits.
What support comes with each plan?
All three website plans include email support. Pro and Business include priority support. Business also includes phone support and onboarding assistance.
Are there any additional costs?
Applicable taxes, domain registration and renewal, optional business email, and fees from connected services or payment providers are separate. Check your checkout total before subscribing.
